Mr. Christopher Maikalangu, the Chairman, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), has frowned at the attitude of residents dumping refuse in drainages across the Council

Briefing newsmen after inspecting projects in some communities within the council on Wednesday, Maikalangu said they would begin enforcement of punitive sanctions against defaulters

He urged the contractors handling the projects to urgently remove the trashes from the drains to avoid causing flooding.
