Big Brother Naija Season 6 Housemates

Angel, Nini, Saga, Queen, Whitemoney Know Fate Tomorrow

Gradually, things are getting hotter in the Big Brother Naija season 6 house; the housemates are feeling the heat. By tomorrow, it would be clear who would be in the race for the big price in this year’s show.

Monday night’s Head of House challenge saw Emmanuel win the Ultimate Veto Power holder title for the week. In a twist of events, he had to pick the Head of House and Deputy who will both share the immunity and Head of House benefits for the week that also guaranteed them a spot in the finale. He picked Liquorose as Head of house and Cross as deputy, while the rest of the house were automatically put up for possible eviction.

The challenge this week was a little different as biggie introduced the ultimate veto power to the housemates. The game was a simple game of points where each of the housemates had to gather as many points as possible to win the challenge.

After a very intense competition, Emmanuel and Cross had a tie, which led to a game of ‘sudden death’. At the end of the tiebreaker, Emmanuel emerged winner of the Ultimate Veto Power title and automatically earning his spot in the finale. White money, Pere, Angel, Queen, Saga, Nini are all up for possible eviction.

Meanwhile, after a week of fake and real arguments, strikes, romantic dates, and imitations, week eight rolled into the semi-final week with Yousef and Saskay saying goodbye to the rest of the house.

Big Brother brought back the eviction and nomination twist from last week, which saw the nominated housemates get a chance to save themselves by either winning the Head of House (HoH) challenge or coming in second. The HoH automatically received immunity, while the first-runner-up would have Veto Power.

Before the HoH challenge, Angel, Nini, Emmanuel, Saskay, and Yousef were up for eviction. Nini came in as the second runner-up during the games and used her veto power to save herself. She replaced Cross in her spot, automatically placing him amongst the other nominated housemates.

During the Sunday Live Show, Ebuka first evicted Yousef amidst loads of hugs and well-wishes from other housemates. Yousef left on a high note, telling the housemates he was glad to have spent time with them. He told Ebuka he was not disappointed to be going home after spending eight weeks in Biggie’s house. Yousef said his highlight on the show was the HoH challenge.

He added that he loves talking with Angel, and they have a vibe. The former housemate said his relationship with the 21-year-old was enjoyable because “it’s matured”.

Answering Ebuka’s “what’s next” question, he said he’s looking forward to the endorsement deals. Yousef shared that he’s looking to get into Nollywood because he really wants to be in the movies.

Next, Ebuka asked Saskay to leave the house as she had been evicted. Telling everyone that she loved them and giving everyone warm hugs, she exited Big Brother’s house. She told Ebuka she was a little tired of the whole reality TV show after a while. She said that she missed JayPaul after his eviction because he used to spoil her so much.
