Debrah Water… sharing untold real-life stories
The Nigerian media space has been experiencing phenomenal growth in recent times, one of the latest wave-making media personalities creating sensational content is Debrah Waters.
Over the years, Debrah has navigated her way both on-screen and off-screen as a sought-after TV presenter, content producer, and director. She has carved a niche for herself in the entertainment industry as the ‘Queen Of Contents’.
Debrah Waters, a graduate of Computer Science from Redeemer’s University is a multi-faceted newscaster, television reporter, television host, and on-air personality. She has worked with Ebony Life TV, TVC Nigeria, and GreenLotto Nigeria. She currently works with Silverbird TV and Ryhthm 93.7 FM.
Speaking about her foray into the broadcasting world, Debrah revealed: “I started presenting professionally in 2017 as a game show host for a lottery company. In 2020, I launched a podcast on YouTube called “Deep Waters” where I bring in people to talk about things that are mostly personal to them. Deep Waters launched me fully into the television industry.
“In 2022, I bumped into Ben-Murray Bruce, the founder of Silverbird Group, and the rest is history.”
Debrah Waters is the host and producer of “Deep Waters With Debrah Waters” on Silverbird TV.
Revealing to the media what prompted the creation of the talk show, “Deep Waters with Debrah Waters is a spin-off of Deep Waters podcast. It’s an hour-long live show on radio and television that invites people of all classes to talk about topics that are primarily personal to them.
Deep Waters with Debrah Waters boasts over 150 episodes and still counting. From rape survivors to organ theft survivors, the show continues to share untold real-life stories with its audience.
