BRETHREN, our God is,indeed, a great God. He does what no man can do. He is the Almighty God, the omnipotent God, the great Jehovah, the Alpha and Omega, the author and finisher of our faith. He, who has made it possible for us to be here, today. Our testimony goes thus:
Our names are Sister Esther Chigozie Ihuoma, my husband is Brother Stanley Ihuoma, our babies are little Brother Blossom Chikamso Ihuoma and little Sister Blessed Chizaram. We have come to appreciate God for breaking the yoke of 13 years of barrenness in my marriage.
We got married in this ministry in May 2010. Like every other couple, we were eagerly expecting the fruit of the womb, then one year passed, two years and so on to the fourth, before we realised that it has gone “beyond be careful.” However, we encouraged ourselves in the Lord and continued in the faith because our G.O. says continuity brings freedom.
We visited different hospitals and they were telling us different things, from hormonal imbalance to fibroid, to fallopian tube blockage, among others.
In fact, we were told all sorts of things. Medically there was no hope for me, but l held on to the God of Chosen and reminded Him of the sister whose fallopian tube was cut off and God still made her to conceive and gave birth to five children. With that testimony, I told God that my case is a small one before him. From then, I made up my mind whether God gives me a child or not that l will continue to serve Him. I was bleeding every month, but I was not bothered, I continued to serve God believing that He will, one day, visit me; and today He has done it for me.
After doing all the tests prescribed for inthe last hospital I visited, the doctor requested to see my husband, but when I told him that my husband was not in Lagos, he told me going by the result of the test I conducted, there was no way I could be pregnant. He added since I am a believer, l should hold on to God because there is nothing God cannot do. He gave me my test result and l went to my branch pastor and tabled the matter. I did this, because before going for the test, l told him.
So, when l came back and reported to him with tears in my eyes, he said to me that he would dedicate my babies before he would leave that branch. I continued to go to him for prayers, then in one night, in a dream, I saw some sisters, we kneeling in front of the pulpit for prayers. Where l was, watching the situation I heard the angel of our pastor scolding a particular girl and I suddenly opened my eyes. In that dream, I saw that the girl our pastor was scolding was my sales girl.
Pastor was telling her to go away amid the sisters kneeling at the altar. After that he came to the altar and directed that I should stand. As l stood, he passionately prayed for God to forgive me of my sins and also to deliver me from the gripof evil people, irrespective of what they have done against me. With this, suddenly, l awoke.
From that moment, my situation changed, God rolled away all the complications and manipulations of the enemy and made me a mother of not just one child, but two children.
During this trial, we made a vow to God, and I am here to fulfill that vow in Jesus’ name.
God of Chosen is great, may His name be glorified in Jesus’ name…Amen!
I pray that God will bless my pastor, Lazarus Muoka, and make him to be fulfilled in his ministry.
