God’s strong hand is the solution
The battle of life is so fierce and deadly that it takes the grace of God to overcome; it is fought in two fronts of physical and spiritual realms. The devil is at the head of the opposing forces and the army of the evil one is so desperate in winning the battle that they do not relent. The only option the human beings have in keeping safe from the devil taking them captive is to fully depend on God. Our Lord Jesus Christ, the host of heavenly angels, and the saints are at the leadership of the forces defending the children of God. Power belongs to Him, hence God’s power is the only strong force that is capable of checkmating, defeating the devil and giving victory to God’s children.
If humans are allowed to be on their own, the devil will conquer them and eventually lead them to hell fire, but God does not want any soul to perish but that all should come to the knowledge of God for the salvation of their souls. That is why our Lord Jesus Christ had to offer this invitation to all humans in Matthew 11:27-29 saying,“All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. 28: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29: Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”Our Lord Jesus Christ has been given all the power and authority to lead God’s army. He has all the requirements to do so and win the end time battle for the children of God. This new message of our Lord Jesus Christ, the rejected King now turns from the rejecting nation and offers not just the kingdom but rest and service to all who are in conscious need of His help. It is a pivotal point in the ministry of Jesus Christ. Our Lord Jesus Christ has offered invitation to all to come to Him for the salvation of our souls. God’s strong hand is what we need to defeat the devil and it is only through our Lord Jesus Christ that we can have access to God. As stated in the scripture all things are given to our Lord Jesus Christ for our good and He has offered invitation to all to come to Him. In Him, there is protection, rest, salvation, prosperity, and eternal life in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ.
God is the creator of all men and He has good plan for every human being. He has the capacity to defeat the devil, including his agents, as the Bible puts it in Jeremiah 32:27,“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” God’s capacity to do all things for the children of the kingdom, including their spiritual life,is not in doubt. He is in controlof your business and is ready to grant you open doors for lucrative endeavours, as well as make your marriage peaceful and fruitful. In all circumstances he offers the needed protection. All you need is to serve Him faithfully and there is nothing the devil will do to you if you hide yourself under the banner of the Almighty God for His strong hand is the solution to all human problems.
In the lead scripture above, He emphatically stated that He is God and besides Him, there is no other savior. He has saved and delivered and that when He is set to work, nobody, force, and circumstances can hinder Him from executing His plan successfully. His strong hands are ever ready to do good works for the benefits of those who believe in Him and serve Him. He does not allow His people to suffer indefinitely.
In the days of the Israelites in the land of bondage in Egypt, they suffered in the hands of the taskmasters. The Egyptians were using them for forced labour, taking their daughters into forced marriage. The Israelites cried unto God and He responded thus in Exodus 6:1-6,“Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land. 2: And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: 3: And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. 4: And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers. 5: And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant. 6: Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments.”It does not matter who the enemy is and the allied powers behind him, the weapons they deployed notwithstanding, when God arrives He will bear His children on eagle’s wings and deliver them from the hands of their enemies. God does not make mistake and when He begins, He brings it to a successful conclusion. The only thing God needs from His children in need is sincere invitation for help. He is emphatic in Psalm 50:15 declaring thus,“And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.”
God listens and answers the cry and prayers of His children. He attended to the Israelites when they petitioned Him while suffering in Egypt, He answered the prayer of Queen Esther and the entire Israelites led by Mordica when they were faced with ethnic genocide in Mede Persian kingdom, God answered King Jehoshaphat when the allied forces besieged the Israelites for no just cause.
God is compassionate in attending to the prayers of His children who are in need. When faced with danger, faithfully call on God, He is interested in the affairs of the people that serve Him and on eagle’s wings He will bear them up and bring them out of their problems.
