Afenifere felicitates Ooni Of Ife at 50

Leader of Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, has on behalf of the organisation, wished His Royal Majesty, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, happy birthday on his 50th anniversary.

Leader of Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, has on behalf of the organisation, wished His Royal Majesty, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, happy birthday on his 50th anniversary.

In a joint statement signed by the Deputy Leader, Oba Oladipo Olaitan and National Publicity Secretary, Prince Justice Faloye, Afenifere wished the Ooni of Ife a great year and a fulfilling prosperous decade ahead, using a local palance, “JINGBINNI BI ATẸ AKUN, Ọjaja fidi ọtẹ jalẹ Ọdundun ọba asode dẹrọ! Arole Oodua! E ku ọdun o! Emi yin a gun! Ki Ade pe Lori, Ki Bata pe lese.”

The statement further reads: “May we continue to enjoy your peaceful, equitable and progressive reign of the Oduduwa House.”
