Empowerment programme organized by the Deeper Life School Outreach (DLSO) Gbagada, Lagos for School Prefects and Class Captains from Secondary and Primary School pupils, which took place in Gbagada, Lagos would continue to be a memorable encounter for the beneficiaries.

The programme that brought in seasoned facilitators with leadership qualities, to equipped the students with skills that would make them excel in life.

The Convener, who is in charge of DLSO Gbagada, Olatiboye Olawole said he had the dream last year to work on the youth with a view to equipping them with nuggets needed to fill leadership position that are scarce to find among the youth of Nigeria today.

“This is the reason we have chosen to work on School prefects and Class Captains, make them to see those things that are lacking in leadership qualities today, disabuse their minds in those areas where the youth of today have got it wrong and teach them or put them on the right path to be agents of change in their respective schools among their peers” he said.
