During her National Service at the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NIGCOMSAT), she identified and addressed critical gaps within the organizational system and developed a portal that significantly impacted how the company managed over 50 temporary employees’ information. Similarly, as an undergraduate student at Afe Babalola University, Adetola Bolade Adeniran single-handedly developed a library management system, significantly enhancing the library’s operational efficiency.
Driven by her ambition to contribute more tangibly to society by enhancing her technological expertise and abilities, Adetola Bolade Adeniran pursued a master’s in Electrical Engineering focusing on transforming electrical power grids through the integration of smart technologies.
Her work on optimizing the placement of edge devices to reduce information processing latency in the electrical grid was groundbreaking, earning her a presentation spot at the prestigious 2020 Smart Grid Conference. Moreover, her abilities in wireless communication further earned her a research position at the University, where she expanded her skill set in using sophisticated analytical equipment.
