Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet pineapple chunks
- 2-3 matured, softened dates
- 1 cup water
Method
- Put pineapple chunks, dates and water into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a strainer and remove the pineapple chaff. Add little more water if you want the juice less thick.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.

- 4 cups sweet pineapple chunks
- Water (optional)
Method
- Using a juicer, extract the juice from the pineapple chunks by putting them small portions at a time.
- For a thinner drink, add a little water and stir properly.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
