Pineapple drinks are refreshing and are super coolants during summer. There are different yummy ways to prepare this drink, but these are two super easy recipes:

Ingredients

• 2 cups sweet pineapple chunks
• 2-3 matured, softened dates
• 1 cup water

Method

1. Put pineapple chunks, dates and water into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a strainer and remove the pineapple chaff. Add little more water if you want the juice less thick.
4. Refrigerate and serve cold.

Ingredients

• 4 cups sweet pineapple chunks
• Water (optional)

Method

1. Using a juicer, extract the juice from the pineapple chunks by putting them small portions at a time.
2. For a thinner drink, add a little water and stir properly.
3. Refrigerate and serve cold.
