Federal Government constitutes committee to ease international business

Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazzau, his Trade and Investment counterpart, Okechukwu Enelamah, and that of Foreign Affairs, Geofrey Onyemah, yesterday resolved to set up a technical committee to come up with solutions to the various factors inhibiting the ease of doing business with other nations.
At a meeting convened by Dambazzau in Abuja, he said part of the resolutions was to set up a committee that will look at all the factors involved, with a view to refining such to attract local and foreign investors.
“Government will look at all the issues and how the process can be refined in a way that government can deliver the best services that Nigerians and foreigners want. Of course investors need a secure environment and we are tackling this so as to encourage foreign investors to come into the country,” Dambazau said.
