A drunk Indian-based Nigerian was severely beaten in Delhi’s Chander Vihar area by an angry mob after he was spotted repeatedly assaulting his wife,

According to the Indian news handle, www.businesstoday.in A video of a recent incident has gone viral on social media, showing a visibly injured and terrified woman after a crowd of onlookers intervened to stop an assault.

Enraged by the man’s behaviour, the crowd took matters into their own hands and physically confronted the accused. He was later handed over to the police, who arrested him on charges of domestic violence.

Reports indicate that the man assaulted his wife while intoxicated, leaving her unconscious on the street. The video circulating on social media captures a large crowd gathering at the scene.

Onlookers are seen chasing the husband, throwing stones at him, and eventually apprehending him after a prolonged pursuit.

The crowd reportedly beat the accused before notifying the police about the incident. In the video, police are seen rescuing the man from the mob and arresting him.

However, even after he was placed inside a police vehicle, the crowd continued to attack him, with some even targeting the police vehicle itself.

The police have apprehended the accused and are conducting a detailed investigation into the incident. While the motive behind the assault has not yet been confirmed, authorities are interrogating the accused to uncover further details
